Helen Shield- Senior Occupational Therapist

Helen is a Paediatric Occupational Therapist who brings a calm, playful approach to supporting children. She focuses on sensory regulation, emotional development, and building practical routines that work for families. Helen values strong relationships and creates strategies that feel achievable at home and school. She is committed to helping children feel confident and understood in the environments where they spend their everyday lives.
